Ikincі Nugadi is a large village located in the Quba district of Azerbaijan. The main occupations in the village are agriculture and animal husbandry. There are several secondary schools, kindergartens, and a medical center operating here. Part of the population earns income from the sale of agricultural products. Because Ikincі Nugadi is close to the city, transportation opportunities are good. Social and cultural life in the village is fairly well developed.
