Ikincı Shikhli Village Folklore Club is a cultural center operating in the Qazakh district. The club was established with the aim of preserving and promoting the village’s traditional folklore. Folk songs, dances, and oral folk literature are presented here. The club organizes folklore classes and events for local children and youth.
