Isaly Village Folklore Club is a cultural organization operating in the Tovuz district of Azerbaijan. The club was established with the aim of preserving the village’s folklore and traditional arts. Here, local residents are engaged with folk songs, dances, and customs and traditions. The club plays an active role in the social life of the village and organizes various events. Its members are mainly villagers who strive to pass folklore on to future generations.
