Ismatli is a village located in the Bilasuvar district of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The people living here are mainly engaged in agriculture. Wheat, cotton, and vegetable crops are cultivated in the village. The population is also involved in local livestock and animal husbandry. There is a school and other social facilities operating in Ismatli village. Throughout its history, the village has been known as a settlement serving the local population.
