Cafe is a public catering establishment where coffee, tea, drinks, and light meals are served. Here, people can meet with friends, read a book, or use the internet. In Azerbaijan, cafes are located on main city streets, near parks, and in shopping centers. Most have modern interiors and play local or foreign music. In most cafes, a variety of pastries, sandwiches, and hot and cold beverages are offered. Although prices and levels of service differ between cafes, a comfortable atmosphere is generally maintained.
