Kelbajar District Police Department (Goygol) is an internal affairs agency of Azerbaijan and is responsible for maintaining public order. The police department is engaged in crime prevention, investigation, and ensuring public order. Since the Kelbajar district is not yet fully liberated, the headquarters is temporarily located in the Goygol district. The employees working here strive to ensure the safety and protection of the rights of the population. The department serves both the local population and those returning after the war.
