Shaplar Village House of Culture, Kalbajar District was established to develop the cultural life of the local population. Various events, exhibitions, and musical evenings are organized here. Clubs and courses for students and youth are operating. The house of culture is one of the social and cultural centers of the village. Its purpose is to bring together the residents of the village and make their leisure time interesting.
