A Church is a place of worship and prayer where people who share religious beliefs gather. In Azerbaijan, Churches are mainly used by Christian communities. Religious ceremonies are held here, and worship and rituals are organized. Churches are often built of stone or brick and are notable from an architectural perspective. The most well-known Churches in Azerbaijan are the Caucasian Albanian, Orthodox, and Catholic Churches. These sanctuaries are also significant from a historical and cultural point of view.
