Former Pioneers' House is a cultural and educational center created for children during the Soviet era. Here, schoolchildren used to join various clubs to acquire additional knowledge and skills. These types of centers operated as non-governmental organizations and helped to organize children's leisure time effectively. Currently, many of these buildings are used for other purposes and no longer fully retain their original functions. Former Pioneers' House played an important role in the cultural and social life of the community.
