Kolanı is the name of an ancient Turkic-origin tribe. There are Kolanı villages in the Quba and Khachmaz regions of Azerbaijan. The Kolanı villages are mainly engaged in agriculture. The residents work in animal husbandry and farming. Various agricultural products are grown in the village. The Kolanı villages preserve Azerbaijan’s rural lifestyle and ancient traditions.
