The Canning Plant is an enterprise that carries out the preservation of fruits, vegetables, and other food products for long-term storage. Under the category of "others," such enterprises belong to the processing and food industry. In Azerbaijan, these plants play an important role in the processing of agricultural products and in supplying the local market. They prepare products both for the domestic market and for export.
