Kurkend is a village located in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of Azerbaijan. This village is part of the Sharur district and is mainly engaged in agriculture and animal husbandry. The population here is involved in local farming activities and the cultivation of agricultural products. There is a school and some public facilities in Kurkend.
