Central Railway Hospital is a clinical complex situated in the Bilajari settlement of Baku, originally part of the Medical and Sanitary Service of Azerbaijan Railways (ADY) The institution was established to offer occupational health evaluations, surgical treatment, and general inpatient care. Under a resolution by the Cabinet of Ministers, the facility is undergoing structural transformation under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population
History:
Foundation and railway role: Built during the Soviet era to provide comprehensive medical services to personnel working at the Bilajari rail junction and their families.
Administrative transfer: According to Cabinet of Ministers Order No. 945s of December 14, 2023, state-owned property within the hospital was officially transferred from Azerbaijan Railways to the Ministry of Labour and Social ProtectionTeam:
