Mosque is a religious place where Muslims worship. Mosques are generally used for worship, performing prayers, and religious events. Some mosques have minarets nearby, from which the call to prayer is announced. The mosque is considered a public place, and people gather here together for prayers. Some mosques are also significant in terms of history and architecture. In Azerbaijan, many mosques serve as both places of worship and cultural centers.
