A Mosque is a place where believers of the Islamic faith worship. Daily prayers, religious lessons, and various religious ceremonies are held in mosques. They have one or more minarets, from which the call to prayer is announced. Mosques can be built and managed by the state or the community. Each mosque is designed according to the main principles of Islam, and there is usually a place in the courtyard for performing ablution. Mosques are used solely for religious purposes and do not provide any other services.
