    History:
    Founded in 2011. The main production plant is located in the Absheron district near Baku. In 2023, the company underwent restructuring, leading to the establishment of a subsidiary – Novex Group.

  • As part of a reform in 2023 a subsidiary company — Novex Group LLC — was established to enable more flexible asset management and business expansion

    In 2025 the company began expanding into Uzbekistan it is conducting market research and preparing to launch a joint production venture with Jizzax Organic Preliminary agreements have been reached and the production of dairy products under the Milla brand is planned
