    Within the holding, PashaPay manages two main payment services: MilliÖn and m10. The company actively develops its infrastructure, including over 5,500 terminals across Azerbaijan, and implements innovative solutions such as the m10 mobile app for commission-free transfers.

  • Partnership with Mastercard: In June 2025, PashaPay signed a memorandum of understanding with Mastercard at the Money 20/20 Europe event in Amsterdam. The agreement aims to expand access to innovative digital financial solutions in Azerbaijan, including the launch of digital payment products under the Mastercard and m10 brands, as well as improving international money transfers.
