The Nasimi District Enforcement and Probation Office is a government body under the structure of the Main Enforcement Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan, responsible for the mandatory execution of court decisions and probation oversight within the Nasimi district of Baku. The office carries out the enforcement of civil, economic, and criminal court acts, including the collection of alimony, seizure of assets, and other enforcement documents, while also monitoring non-custodial sentences through its probation service.
History:
The office began its operations in the Nasimi district within the framework of the formation of the Ministry of Justice's local enforcement structures and administrative reforms.

Composed of the Head of the Office, enforcement officers, probation specialists, civil servants, and administrative support staff.
