Statue of Nizami is a monument dedicated to the great Azerbaijani poet Nizami Ganjavi. The statue is located in the center of Baku, in the park named after Nizami. This monument was erected in 1949 and is made of bronze. Statue of Nizami embodies the cultural heritage and poetry of Azerbaijan. The area around the statue is always kept tidy and attracts a large number of visitors.
