Novosaratovka is a village located in the Goranboy district of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The families living in the village are mainly engaged in agriculture and livestock farming. Novosaratovka is known as a small rural settlement, and there is a school and various social facilities here. Since the population is primarily of Russian origin, the Russian language is widely spoken in the village. Novosaratovka is situated close to other settlements of Goranboy, and the local community manages the main administration of the village.
