The State Historical-Architectural Reserve of Medieval Agsu City was established in 2011. This reserve preserves and studies the remnants of the medieval city of Agsu. Archaeological excavations are carried out here, and discovered historical monuments are preserved. The purpose of the reserve is to study Azerbaijani history and pass it on to future generations. Visitors can see examples of ancient urban life and architecture here.
