Penahlar Village Folklore House is located in the Tartar district of Azerbaijan. This organization serves to preserve the village's rich folklore traditions. The Folklore House organizes events, exhibitions, and folklore evenings. Here, local residents become acquainted with ancient musical instruments, dances, and fading customs and traditions. The aim is to ensure that the village's culture is passed on to future generations.
