Peri Fortress is an ancient defensive fortress located in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of Azerbaijan. This fortress was built on natural rocks and had strategic significance. In the past, this structure was used for the defense of the area and dates back to the Middle Ages. The building is made of solid stones, and from its high position, it is possible to observe the surroundings. The name of the fortress is "Peri Fortress" because many legends have been associated with it among the people. Today, this fortress is a historical and architectural monument that attracts the interest of tourists.
