Pirsaatchay is a river in the Republic of Azerbaijan. The source of the river is located in the mountainous area of the Shamakhi district. Pirsaatchay flows into the Kura River and is mainly used for irrigation. The river is approximately 199 kilometers long and is prone to the risk of flooding. Several villages and agricultural areas are located along its course. It is not a village, but a natural body of water.
