Poylu Municipality is a local self-governing body located in the Republic of Azerbaijan. It operates within the administrative territory of the Aghstafa district and its main purpose is to organize services in the village. The municipality is engaged in meeting the social, economic, and environmental needs of the local population. Here, the municipality carries out land distribution, improvement works, and other public activities. The members of the municipality work for the development and management of the village of Poylu.
