Ganlytepe (55.4 m)

Ganlytepe (55.4 m) is an ancient archaeological monument of Azerbaijan and is significant for historical research. This mound is located in the territory of the city of Mingachevir and dates back to the Eneolithic period. At Ganlytepe, archaeologists have discovered ancient settlements and household items. Remains of several ancient human habitations have also been found there. Ganlytepe plays an important role in the study of Azerbaijan’s history.
