Qarabulaq Municipality is a local self-government body located in Azerbaijan. This municipality organizes the public and social affairs of the village of Qarabulaq. Qarabulaq Municipality provides communal services and works towards the improvement of the village. Its main duty is to create a comfortable and safe environment for the local community. Municipalities resolve local issues at their own level, independently of government institutions.
