Qarahajili Necropolis is an ancient burial ground located in the Aran region. This necropolis is mainly dated to the 1st millennium BC, and various kurgans have been discovered there. Based on the findings uncovered at this site, archaeologists have learned about the lifestyle and beliefs of the people. Vessels, beads, and weapons from different periods have been found in the burial ground. Qarahajili Necropolis is considered important for studying the ancient history of Azerbaijan. This area has attracted the interest of both local and foreign researchers.
