Gas Supply Directorate

The Gas Supply Directorate is an organization that organizes the provision of natural gas to residential buildings and institutions. In Azerbaijan, this task is primarily implemented through the "Azerigas" Production Union and its regional gas exploitation areas. The Directorate oversees the safe operation of gas pipelines, the installation and reading of meters. It also accepts and resolves complaints when there are disruptions, leaks, or pressure problems in the gas supply. The Gas Supply Directorate also handles the registration of subscribers, debt calculation, and suspension or restoration of the gas supply.
