Gas Supply Directorate

The Gas Supply Directorate is an institution that organizes the supply of natural gas to the population and establishments. In Azerbaijan, this sector is mainly overseen by the "Azerigas" Production Association and operates through local gas administrations. These administrations lay gas pipelines, install meters, eliminate malfunctions, and check safety. They monitor the continuous flow of gas, regulate pressure, and respond quickly when an accident occurs. The directorate is also engaged in the registration of subscribers, calculation of debts, and formalization of contracts.
