A cemetery is an area where the graves of people who have been buried in the ground are gathered. Sometimes a cemetery is controlled by the state, and sometimes by religious communities. Here, the relatives of the deceased can visit their graves and pray. Cemeteries are usually located on the outskirts of a city or village. These places are kept quiet, clean, and in accordance with the rules. Cemeteries also exist for prostration, ceremonies, and remembrance.
