Cemetery is a special area where people bury their deceased loved ones. A cemetery is usually a public or municipal space. Here, there are gravestones, graves, and sometimes family burial plots. Cemetery is not a company or an enterprise, but a service and a public area. In Azerbaijan, these places are managed by the state or the municipality. Authorized persons oversee the rules and cleanliness of the cemetery.
