A Cemetery is an area where people are buried after they pass away. These places, called cemeteries, are mainly located in cities and villages and are managed by the municipality. In Azerbaijan, cemeteries are generally open to locals and burial procedures are carried out according to religious rules. A Cemetery is not considered a company or business, but a public service. There, tasks related to the registration, cleaning, and maintenance of graves are carried out.
