Cemetery

Cemetery is a specially designated area where people are buried after they pass away. These places are usually protected and managed by the state or the municipality. Cemeteries are organized in various forms according to religious, national, or family traditions. There are gravestones, monuments, and sometimes small places of worship here. Cemeteries are also important places for commemorative visits. In every city and district of Azerbaijan, there are several cemeteries in operation.
