Cemetery is a place where deceased people are buried. Cemetery functions as a place and a service, but it is not a company. Here, the graves of the departed are located and their relatives visit them. It operates based on various religious and traditional rules. In Azerbaijan, each city and village usually has its own Cemetery. Cemetery is a place of public importance, and is an area controlled by the government or municipality.
