Municipality of Qirmizi Qesebe is a local administrative body located in the Quba district of Azerbaijan. This municipality is one of the rare settlements in the republic where primarily Mountain Jews live. Municipality of Qirmizi Qesebe organizes public services in the village and protects the rights of local residents.
