Basilica in Qum village (Albanian temple) is an ancient Albanian Christian temple located in the Qakh district. This basilica dates back to the period of Caucasian Albania and was built approximately in the 4th–7th centuries. The complex was constructed using stone and brick materials. The temple was used as a place of worship for many years. The basilica in Qum village is considered an important monument for the architectural and historical heritage of Azerbaijan. Archaeological excavations carried out here provide valuable information about the region’s past.
