Communications Directorate is the state agency responsible for communication and telecommunication services in Azerbaijan. They oversee the operation of telephone, internet, and other communication services. The ATS (Automatic Telephone Exchange) is used as the main technical base here and provides intercity connections. Communications Directorate provides essential services for both the state and the public sector. This directorate is engaged in the maintenance and development of telecommunication infrastructure. Accepting and resolving the public’s communication-related requests is also among their responsibilities.
