Rushan Municipality is a local self-government body in the Republic of Azerbaijan. It is located in the administrative territory of the Quba district. The main function of the municipality is to meet the needs of the village residents and to organize local administrative affairs. Rushan Municipality is responsible for organizing social services in the village, supporting infrastructure, and operating in accordance with legislation. Its activities are aimed at the development of the village and the welfare of its people.
