Shabanly is a village primarily located in the Agsu district. Here, people are mainly engaged in agriculture and livestock farming. There are various family farms in the village, and local products are cultivated. The population is small, and the residents have close relationships with one another. Shabanly represents village life and the tranquility characteristic of traditional Azerbaijani villages.
