Lake Sarisu is a natural lake located in the southwest of Azerbaijan, in the Kura-Araz lowland. This lake is situated in the Shirvan plain, near the Salyan district. Lake Sarisu mainly receives water from the Kura River and is one of the largest lakes in the country. It is widely used for fishing and irrigation. Various species of birds and animals live around the lake. Lake Sarisu is also an interesting spot for nature enthusiasts to visit.
