Martyrs' Memorial is a famous memorial site located in Baku. This monument is dedicated to those who sacrificed their lives for the independence of Azerbaijan. Primarily, the names of the martyrs of the 20 January events and the Karabakh war are commemorated here. There are always visitors around the monument, and events are organized here. Since it is situated in a beautiful park area, it is also chosen as a place for strolling and relaxation. There is a bus stop near the monument, so it is easy to reach.
