Martyrs' Alley is a famous memorial complex in Baku. People who lost their lives for the freedom of Azerbaijan are buried here. The complex consists of a park and monuments, and there is also a viewing platform. Every year, thousands of people visit this place and honor the memory of the martyrs. Martyrs' Alley is also an important site for national history and memory. It is one of the symbols of Azerbaijan's independence.
