Martyrs' Alley is a large memorial complex located in Baku, created in memory of Azerbaijani martyrs. This sacred place is intended to commemorate those who were martyred during the January 1990 events and the Karabakh battles. There are numerous monuments and memorial plaques in the park, and people frequently visit. A special sense of solemnity and respect is felt here, and state ceremonies are also held. The location also offers a beautiful view from the upper part of the city and is open to visitors. The management and preservation of the memorial structures are carried out by the state.
