Selekeran is a village located in the Yardimli district of the Republic of Azerbaijan. This village is mainly known for its population engaged primarily in agriculture. Here, people earn their livelihood mostly through livestock farming, grain cultivation, and gardening. The residents of the village place great importance on kinship and neighborly relations. Many features of traditional Azerbaijani rural life are preserved in Selekeran.
