Statue of Samad Vurgun is a monument dedicated to the famous Azerbaijani poet Samad Vurgun. This monument is located in the center of Baku, in Samad Vurgun Park, and it constantly attracts the attention of city residents. The statue was created in 1961 by the people's sculptor Fuad Abdurrahimzade. The combination of modern and classical styles is clearly visible in the statue.
