Wine Factory is an enterprise where grapes are processed and wine is produced. As with other types of enterprises, the main activity here begins with the harvesting of grapes. Then, using a special technology, the grapes are pressed and the fermentation process is carried out. Such factories operate in various regions of Azerbaijan. They are engaged in selling wine both to local and foreign markets. Both white and red wine varieties are produced at the factories.
