Seysulan is a village located in the Tartar district of Azerbaijan. This village is situated in the Karabakh region and was previously inhabited mainly by Azerbaijanis. Since the early 1990s, the area of Seysulan has been located along the line of contact. There have been periods when it was uninhabited, and the village has also been subjected to military operations. Currently, there is no permanent population in the village, and the area is not considered safe. Seysulan village is part of the administrative division of the Tartar district.
