Shirvan Court of Appeal is one of the appellate courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan. This court reviews decisions and judgments of first instance courts and exercises supervisory control over them. Shirvan Court of Appeal considers civil, economic, and criminal cases in appellate proceedings. The court's decisions are adopted in accordance with the law and have legal force.
