Shirvan State Nature Reserve (6,232 ha) is located in the Republic of Azerbaijan and covers an area of 6,232 hectares. This reserve was established in 1969 to protect rare animal and plant species. Mainly pheasants, gazelles, and various steppe plants inhabit the area. Scientists and specialists ensure the conservation of nature in the reserve.
